1. Overview&#xA0;This warranty policy applies to all electric bicycles (&quot;e-bikes&quot;)&#xA0;purchased&#xA0;from Bonnell Electric Ltd. We are committed to providing quality products and support. This policy outlines the warranty terms for the e-bike frame, battery, and motor.&#xA0;2. Warranty Period&#xA0;The full frame are covered by a two-year warranty for defects, commencing from date of delivery to the first owner. &#xA0; The battery, motor controller and motor are covered&#xA0;for&#xA0;a one-year warranty for defects,&#xA0;commencing&#xA0;from date of&#xA0;deliver&#xA0;to the first owner.&#xA0;Parts from original component manufacturers, for example&#xA0;Suntour,&#xA0;are also covered for a minimum of one year unless stated otherwise.&#xA0;The warranty is linked to the bike, not the owner.&#xA0;If&#xA0;you&#x2019;ve&#xA0;bought the bike&#xA0;second-hand&#xA0;and&#xA0;it&#x2019;s&#xA0;less than&#xA0;two&#xA0;years old, you&#xA0;are&#xA0;still&#xA0;entitled to&#xA0;make a claim, although&#xA0;you will&#xA0;be required&#xA0;to provide&#xA0;proof of purchase&#xA0;from the original seller.&#xA0;Bonnell&#xA0;will cover any associated rebuilding,&#xA0;shipping&#xA0;and customs charges for successful warranty claims.&#xA0;3. Warranty Coverage&#xA0;The 775 is designed for recreational use only. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance. During the warranty period, Bonnell Electric Ltd will repair or replace, at our discretion, any defective components.&#xA0;&#xA0;PLEASE REFER TO THE DOCUMENTS INCLUDED WITH YOUR BICYCLE FOR POSSIBLE FURTHER RESTRICTIONS.&#xA0;4.
