At Bonnell, we want you to love your ride, and we’re here to make sure you have the best experience possible. Since our bikes will be available both online and in-store through our retail partners, our policies differ depending on how you purchase.
Buying Direct? If you are buying direct from ridebonnell.com please note that order cancellations and refunds are subject to specific conditions based on the fulfillment status of your bike. You may request a cancellation at any time before the order has shipped. Once a shipment is in transit, cancellation requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and are strictly dependent on our ability to successfully redirect the package.
Once an order has been fully fulfilled and delivered, it is no longer subject to refund or cancellation. While we generally do not accept returns, there may be rare instances where we can provide additional support; however, in these specific cases, the original cost of shipment and any supplemental carrier fees incurred will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Buying From a Retail Partner? If you buy your Bonnell bike from one of retail partners, your sale is final since you get to see, touch, and (in many cases) test ride the bike before purchase. All sales are subject to that partners Terms and Conditions. While returns direct to Bonnell aren’t an option in-store, your bike is covered by our warranty in case of any issues.
