How easy is it to swap the crankset on my 775?Updated a month ago

One of the standout features of the 775 AM is its versatility—you can seamlessly switch between a traditional MTB for a pure, pedal-powered experience (or to comply with local regulations) and an e-MTB when you want that extra assist to go farther and conquer bigger adventures.

Crankset Compatibility

  • The 775 is designed for a 73BSA bottom bracket shell.
  • To convert your e-MTB into a regular MTB, simply remove the motor and install a standard MTB crankset and bottom bracket.
  • For best clearance, we recommend a boost-type crankset with 165mm length.

Maximum Chainring Size (Based on Chain Line)

  • Boost crankset (52mm chain line) → Up to 36T
  • Crankset with 55mm chain line → Up to 38T

Whether you prefer pure pedal power or electric assist, the 775 AM adapts to your riding style.

Modifying components may impact or void your warranty. If you're unsure, we recommend consulting our support team before making changes.
